Product Description

Segregated phase enclosed busbar is a product with a current of 4500A and a voltage of 10.5kV. The three phases are separated separately to form three independent spaces, so the external magnetic field generated is small, and phase-to-phase short circuit can be avoided. The electrical performance is the same as the GFM series Non-segregated phase busduct.

Since the phase-closed busbar is a closed pipe, when the operating conditions change (such as shutdown) or the climatic conditions change (such as humidity), the inside of the busbar is prone to condensation, which reduces the insulation performance of the busbar and may even induce single phase. Grounding accidents bring hidden dangers to the safe operation of the phase-closed busbars.

 

Main technical performance

■ Output gas dryness: Dew point below -30 ° C (at 20 ° C).

■ Floating charge pressure: O~4000Pa (adjustable).

■ Air supply: ≥10m3/h (with 0 .22m3/min oil-free air compressor as the air source).

■ Alarm protection function: air compressor overload shutdown alarm, air compressor operation overtime shutdown alarm.

In order to solve the condensation problem of the phase- closed busbar, the micro-positive pressure device can timely fill the sealed busbar housing with the filtered dry air, and the air pressure in the enclosed busbar casing is slightly higher than the external atmospheric pressure, generally 300~2500Pa . In this way, the outside air and dust are prevented from entering the enclosed busbar housing, thereby ensuring the insulation reliability of the enclosed busbar.

Alarm mode: The light display and the sound coexist. With automatic water discharge and equipment start running count function.

■ Power supply: three-phase 380V, power 4kW.

■ Conditions of use: Indoor use, ambient temperature O~40°C, relative humidity ≤85%.

 

Characteristics of micro-positive pressure device

■ The micro-positive pressure device replaces the traditional molecular sieve dryer with a refrigerated dryer and a polymer membrane dryer developed by new nanomaterials. These two dryers have high precision, low failure rate, stable operation index, dew point indicator and long service life.

■ The micro-positive pressure device has three different protection modes: electric control, air control and mechanical, which is absolutely safe. When the pressure inside the busbar exceeds 3500Pa, the hydraulic control safety valve opens.

When the pressure inside the busbar exceeds 5000Pa, the pressure relief solenoid valve opens and activates the self- power-off protection function . When the pressure inside the busbar exceeds 10000Pa, the mechanical safety valve automatically opens. These three methods implement all- round and three-dimensional protection for the busbar.

■ The gas solenoid valve is a double solenoid valve. The valve is only controlled by the pulse signal, which can avoid burning of the coil due to long-term energization of the coil, resulting in unsafe hidden danger of the busbar.

And the valve has a memory function that automatically returns to the off state in the event of an abnormal condition.

■ Replaced the running-in pressure gauge with a digital pressure gauge to improve control accuracy and increase reliability.

■ With main line filter (filtration accuracy up to 0.3mm), micro- mist separator (filtering accuracy up to 0.01mm) and polymer mode dryer or refrigerated dryer three-stage filtration, high control precision.

■ Has a bypass emergency system.

■ Have factory air supply separately. The self-contained air supply interface also has the function of supplying air from two air sources at the same time.

■ Terminals for remote monitoring of closed bus pressure changes.
