Aluminum-magnesium alloy enclosure

1. CCX busbar adopts one-time extrusion of aluminum-magnesium alloy profile as the shell;

2. Strong corrosion resistance, even if the layer is destroyed, it still has strong anti-corrosion ability, and has passed the anti-salt spray 1800 hours test.

3. Weak magnetic material, effectively avoiding the influence of eddy current and hysteresis loss on the busway system;

Conductor: rectangular copper or alloy rows

1. CCX busbar conductor is pure copper conductor, imported electrolytic copper is pulled into a shape in China, and the purity is as high as 99,95% or more.

2. The CLX busbar conductor is an alloy conductor, with the high-purity electrical aluminum row as the main body, and the surface layer is specially treated to achieve conductivity that cannot be compared with the aluminum row alone

 

Product Features

The conductors are coated in an integral way with DuPont polyester film, and each phase is wrapped in double layers, with up to six layers between phases, ensuring the reliability of the insulation. Insulation grade B, heat resistance 130 °C, single layer withstand voltage of more than 10000V, is the international IEC association recommended to use professional electrical insulation materials, without any toxicity, high temperature does not produce any halide.

 

Connectors -Fast and stable

1. Double-ended torque memory bolt, fast and stable installation, only 19mm ordinary wrench can be installed and can reliably reach the predetermined torque;

2. Special butterfly-shaped bowl mat;

3. The internal conductor section of the connector is more than 120% of the busbar section of the busbar body, and the contact surface is double-sided lap, which effectively reduces the contact resistance;

 

Tapping unit - safe and reliable

1. The pin adopts a more stable「shaped structure, supplemented by highly elastic manganese steel sheet, which can be repeatedly inserted and unplugged more than 200 times without deformation;

2. The pin is silver plated as a whole, which effectively reduces the contact resistance;

3. The safety interlock mechanism can ensure that the plug-in box cannot be closed without being installed in place, and the door panel cannot be opened without being divided.

4. The insertion point adopts the error-proof phase device;

5. There is a socket cover to improve the protection level of the socket part.
