The stainless steel cable tray is made of stainless steel plates of different models and materials. The surface generally does not need to be treated. The strength and corrosion resistance are much higher than that of the general cable trays. On the basis of the superior performance of all kinds of cable trays, the heat insulation, heat dissipation and fire prevention have been improved. Its structure adopts composite type, double heat insulation, internal and external flame retardance, fire prevention, and at the same time has the advantages of ventilation and heat dissipation, fire self-extinguishing, etc.

General Supply Scope:

We produce and customize various types of cable trays including solid trough type cable tray, perforated cable tray, ladder type cable tray, wire mesh basket cable tray, and the combined ones. The raw materiels could be steel Q235, stainless steel 204/304/316, fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), PVC, and aluminum. While, the surface treatments could be divided into GI galvanized (zinc layer less than 45um), hot dipped galvanized (high anti-corrosive with zinc layer over 65um), powder coated, powder plating and so on.

Certification:

We controled the product quality strictly according to JB/T 10216-2013 China national standard and IEC/BSEN 61537-2006 standard, and was certified by CE and ISO.

Package:

In order to well protect the cargo during sea transportation in cantainers, we pack the cargo firmly with steel pallets which is made of angle steel, and wrap the cargo with plastic film. The package was designed specially suitable for export shown as below:

Containers loading:

After professional packing work with steel pallets, we would load the cargo into the containers inside our factory by ourselves to save more space, time and cost.
