1. For horizontal installation of bus channel, the spacing between two supports is ≯ 2500 ㎜, and the vertical installation spacing is ≯ 3600 ㎜;

2. During vertical installation, the mounting bracket shall be drilled with the channel side plate and fastened with M6-M8 bolts.

3. For the installation construction process, the construction scheme from the power feed system to the branch trunk line shall be preferred;

4. Basic installation sequence of enclosed bus duct:

Select the wiring direction → fix the support → fasten the slots with four bolts → add the bus connector plate and insulating pad between the phases → insert the single head bolt into the insulating sleeve → insert the bolt into the bus pre positioning hole → fasten both ends → add half of the upper and lower cover plates → fix the channel on the support.

5. The installation of channel bus, the beginning, middle, terminal and channel shell shall be reliably connected with the grounding grid of electrical equipment. The enclosure of the channel coated with insulating materials shall be connected with flat copper tape or yellow green cables on the grounding bolts between the two channels to ensure that the entire channel is connected as a grounding system.

6. After installation, megger shall be used to test the interphase insulation and grounding insulation resistance of channel bus bar before power transmission: ① LV bus channel shall not be less than 20M Ω; ② The insulation resistance of 6~10KV high-voltage bus channel shall not be less than 1200M Ω. 35KV insulation resistance is not less than 3000M Ω.

7. Before power transmission, the 6~35KV bus channel shall undergo 50HZ power frequency withstand voltage test and DC leakage test, and can be put into operation only after passing the test;

8. For the bus channel put into operation, the bus joint bolts shall be fastened annually within three months, and the bus joint contact condition shall be checked;

9. The following items shall be inspected at least once a year for the bus channel in operation:

(1) Fasten each fixing bolt, especially the bus connector, observe whether there is any burning phenomenon caused by poor contact or overcurrent at the connector, and handle it;

(2) The megger shall be used to test the insulation degree and check whether the insulation material is aged;

(3) Connection between bus channel and grounding grid;

(4) Clean the dust and condensate absorbed inside and outside;

10. Precautions:

(1) Before the maintenance of the bus passage, the power distribution cabinet must be cut off first, and hung with the sign of "Someone Operates, Close Strictly" Peugeot, and there should be a special person in front of the cabinet for supervision;

(2) Before the maintenance work starts, the electricity shall be checked and discharged, and the operation can only be carried out after the interphase short circuit and reliable grounding are made with the grounding rod;

11. Storage of bus duct:

It should be placed indoors in a dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture, rain and snow, and to prevent dust or foreign matter from entering the passage
